Courage boost recipe

For those days when you feel your health could use a good boosting and your mood too. 

Ingredients and equipment:

1 cup full of courage 
1/2 a beetroot peeled and roughly chopped 
1.5 inch of ginger root peeled 
Squeeze of lemon juice


In your juicer, blend together the beetroot and ginger. Pour the juice into a glass of your choosing and add a squeeze of lemon juice. Pour the cap-full of courage and add the water to fill up your cup. 
Give it all a good stir and enjoy!
